Right on the beautiful beach in Collioure. Perfect position. Friendly helpful staff.

No lift so a bit of a clamber up two flights of stairs for older legs.

The location is unbeatable. Make sure you pick a room which faces the port and castle.

Soundproofing could be improved. Parking can be an issue in high season. Also, unless you’re not sensitive to street noise, avoid the rooms which overlook the road.

Location perfect, staff lovely.

Room very snug and quite basic. A few little additions would help like a hook for the shower head, a few hooks on walls etc for hanging towels/clothes.

The second room we were offered was a huge improvement on the first, but the curtains were ripped and the windows were dirty and smeared, which spoiled the sea view. The bathroom was clean and a nice size. Bed was comfortable and there was a sofa to sit on by the balcony.

We were greeted by a receptionist that denied we had a booking and refused to accept out booking email or code from Booking.com. When she finally found our booking she sent us to a box room, with just a bed in and a view of the sea if you opened the window and put your head outside. While we were stood in the room the sound of drilling started, not putting up a picture drilling, but hacking plaster off walls drilling. We were very disappointed and returned back to reception to demand another room for the night. I explained that when we booked no warning was made that there would be noise during the day from the renovations to the building next door. We were offered a room in a building across the street, which was much quieter and had a great view of the bay.
