Very cosy, very clean, well equipped, the host was nice to us, but the rooms are poorly soundproofed

Very cosy, very clean, well equipped, the host was very nice to us, if we had a problem she intermediately answered and solved the problem.

Our last night was terrible... We was in the Lieser room and around 23h our neighbors are arrived (to the DRAU room), and because the walls are like paper, wwe can hear even the talking, when they open a tap or going to shower, if somebody was walking anywhere you can hear the rumble, so we knocked their door to be quiet, but they still do these untul 2AM! So the rooms are VERY poorly soundproofed. If you stay here when nobody else in the neighbor is perfect, if somebody is there its not good. And the WIFI is terribly slow, even they have Netflix we barely can use it because of the quality of the WIFI.

Schöne Ferien garantiert!

Schöne kleine moderne Ferienwohnung für 2, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle ruhige, trotzdem zentrale Lage. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Schade, dass es keinen Balkon oder Garten dazu gab, das wäre perfekt gewesen, da wir gerne noch grillen und draussen sind, nach unseren Ausflügen.

Tolles und großes Appartement, Ruhe und Natur

Ein sehr großes und gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Wirklich sehr sauber und auf einem super Stand. Die absolute Ruhe und lediglich das Bachrauschen sind wirklich großartig. Schön eingerichtet, gute Mischung aus Modern und Wohnlich. Internet läuft auch sehr gut und wir hatten keine Probleme. Das Ankommen wird sehr gut mit Hilfe eines Schlüsselsafes gelöst und es sind alle Informationen sofort bei der Hand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

perfektes Selbstversorger-Appartement an Wald und Fluss

Ansprechend gestaltetes und hochwertig möbliertes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz. Super Lage, 2 Minuten Autobahnauffahrt, 5 Minuten zum See, 5 Minuten nach Spittal/Drau, sehr ruhig, freier Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre, schöner Waldweg (perfekt für Hundebesitzer wie wir), Lieser-Spazierweg gleich hinter dem Haus, sehr sympathische Vermieter, die sich erkundigt haben ob alles passt, sehr bequeme Betten, super geschlafen. Alles in Allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Imeli smo se odlično. Lahko samo priporočamo. Gostitelja sta super prijazno in v pomoč.

Lokacija je OK. V vsakem primeru je potrebno z avtomobilom so bližnje vasi (Seeboden) ali mesteca (Spittal ob Dravi). Vendar je oboje zelo, zelo blizu. Gostitelja sta izredno prijazno. Naš najmlajši je imel vročino in sta takoj pomagala s termometrom in možnostjo kasnejšega odhoda, kot je določeno s pravili.
