About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms in a central location and close proximity to the lake. The apartment is facing south, therefore very sunny with direct lake views from the balcony. It is the ideal place for a family holiday, or vacation for two. Only a small spa separates the apartment from the lido Sittlinger, one of the finest beach resorts on the lake, with an extensive range of water sports and a nice restaurant. Entry into the bathroom in the rent INCLUDED (max. 4 people). In summer resort atmosphere takes place directly at your doorstep: Various restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops with things of spot, small supermarket. The Millstättersee bicycle trail leads right to the apartment, for those want more action, it is the ideal location for mountain biking on the Millstätter Alpe. Bicycle rental is on the spot. Döbriach offers many opportunities for activities on the lake, such as wakeboarding, SUP, kayaking and of course the very classic pedal and electric boat. If you like it idyllic, makes a round with boat around the lake. The ship pier is very close to the apartment. In winter the apartment Weiss provides a place of rest and relaxation. Lakeside walks, a visit to the Millstätter bathhouse and spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim. But it is also the ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts who want a change. Bad Kleinkirchheim, Goldeck and Katschberg are within easy reach. The beautiful apartment is that everything is within walking distance. Reserved parking for the car is available.

Wir waren nur kurz in der Ferienwohnung, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in gute Lage und mit direktem Blick auf den See vom Balkon aus. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel, da wir unsere Anreise mehrfach verschieben mussten. Danke noch einmal dafür 😀

Auch im zweiten Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Döbriach sehr genossen. In der Umgebung sind einfach unglaublich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zum See ist top!

Aus unser Sicht war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Hervorragend war die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von den Stand-Up Paddling-Ausrüstung. Diese habe wir auf dem naheliegenden See ausreichend genutzt. Begrüßung und Einweisung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermieter lief sehr freundlich und ohne Probleme ab.

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Toilette ohne Waschbecken, aber ist im netten Bad ja vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Ausblick vom Balkon, mit Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Dort kann man auch bei wechselhaftem Regenwetter wunderbar verweilen. Schön war es auch, daß es immer was zu sehen gab, da man den direkten Blick auf den Kurpark und die Straße hat. Autos sollten einen also nicht stören. Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten hat man alle Möglichkeiten für einen aktiven Urlaub. Schwimmen im herrlichen See, Rad fahren rund um den See, Joggen auf der Dorfrunde, wandern in den Bergen, Familienausflüge...was will man mehr?
Döbriach ist ein beschaulicher Ort für Familien, mit Restaurants, sehr leckerem Eis und einem netten Wochenmarkt. Also auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
