1/2 Mi to Chairlift! Breck Condo w/ Hot Tub Access

Location is great. A short walk to the peak nine lift, and a short walk to the main attractions on Main Street. It’s a small little apartment good for a couple and our seven-year-old.

The only thing we didn’t really like was the bathroom fan is very loud and turns on every single time you turn on the light. There’s no other way of doing it. And there’s no pizza cutter. Also, they want you to write your name phone number on the parking ticket that also has your apartment number on there. There’s a lot of information on the front of this parking ticket and also part of your cell phone number is used in the door code, which doesn’t make any sense to me. Each time I’ve stayed there I’ve used somebody else’s phone number.

The cleaning crew did an amazing job at cleaning the place before we arrived, The location relative to the city center, The hot tub and amenities. we really liked how we had everything we needed for cooking and dining, towelsfor the pool, coffee pot with coffee and sugar. It felt like being at home.

The Bed was hard, and the walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbors conversation.

Given that the unit is a studio, it was quite spacious and had lots of storage.

The television was turned off for the last 24 hours of our stay. Apparently someone setting up the unit for use had entered an incorrect exit leave date for our stay which the maintenance staff were either unable or unwilling to correct. Although we contacted both of the individuals listed for maintenance, neither were helpful and one was rude. This is an amenity for which we paid yet didn’t fully receive. We requested an adjustment but to no avail. The unit has a fireplace but there was no wood provided nor any guidance on whether the flue was in working order so, another amenity we weren’t able to use.
