Just a 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 lifts & Historic Main Street, it’s perfectly situated for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, & all year-round adventures. After a day out, unwind in one of four hot tubs or heated pool just steps away! The updated kitchen makes cooking easy, or grab takeout from nearby spots! With two parking spaces & modern amenities, this is your ultimate mountain retreat!
Step into to your modern yet cozy mountain home base in Breckenridge! This renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and convenience after a day of adventure.
The living area features a warm indoor fireplace, a large dining table that can be used as a workspace for remote work, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stylish new appliances and a MoccaMaster coffee maker, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Enjoy the crisp mountain air from your private patio.
For your comfort, both bedrooms are equipped with air purifiers, humidifiers, and white noise machines to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, including the private patio. You are also welcome to use the fantastic shared complex amenities, located just steps from the front door:
- Heated outdoor pool & four shared hot tubs
- On-site card-operated laundry facilities (detergent and dryer sheets provided)
- Bike racks and ample closet space for gear storage

- Bedroom Update: As of mid-September 2025, one bedroom features a brand-new King-size bed and matching furniture. The listing photos may not yet reflect this upgrade.
- Amenity Maintenance: The shared pool and hot tubs are scheduled for a brief closure for a few weeks starting in late April/early May 2026, and then again prior to ski season 2026.
- While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA doesn't permit pets for guests.

We had a great stay in condo building B unit 5. The place was spotless and had every item a family would need, from all the essentials to kids games and boot dryers. The condo location is an easy and quick walk to Main Street or the feeeride bus stop. Host provided tons of local and helpful information and was always just a quick message away. Laundry facilities were clean and close with a phone app for quick payment and alert when completed. This condo checked all the boxes and then some on a renters list. Thanks and I hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo, great location. Fast communication from the host. condo was very clean and check-in and out was very easy! Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will certainly plan to return in the future!
