This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.
Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and an electric fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.
The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great location. The unit was not very clean. The shower curtain was moldy, the dishes were not clean, dirty socks in the master bathroom and sheets were not clean.

We absolutely loved this vacation rental. It was clean, updated, and spacious enough for my family of 6 to spread out. The location was excellent and the property managers were easy to work with.

The location is great and the condo is nicely furnished and updated. We found it to be very loud - every step from the upstairs guests can be heard clearly, to the point that at night, it sounds like people are walking around in the condo. The master bathroom also needs some upkeep, with multiple of the shower fixtures hanging loose/needing to be tightened. Lastly, the railings on the top bunks in the bunkroom don't really extend above the mattresses. They'd probably be fine for adults or older teens but don't feel very safe for kids.
