This attractive 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is perfectly located in Breckenridge’s Warrior’s Mark neighborhood. It’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Ski School on Peak 9, with wonderful hiking/biking trail options in the summer months. And, it’s just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Breckenridge’s Main Street.
Entering the condo, you’ll notice the soaring vaulted ceilings and a tastefully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for six at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar. The living room has a beautiful brick wood-burning fireplace with a huge flat-screen TV mounted above it. Step out onto the patio to breath in the fresh mountain air and take in the beauty of the mountains around you.
You’ll also love having seasonal access to the shared pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The only issue we had with this stay was the fact that the roofers were directly above our unit for 2 days, and they were very loud when we were in the unit trying to play cards/games. Pounding was hard enough that we moved away from the wall hanging by dining room table for fear it may fall. We think when they dropped the shingle stacks- because it shook the whole unit and was very loud. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Breck.

The condo was in a great location to Main Street and skiing. Everything is walkable. The condo is comfortable and looks like pictures. We had an issue with the heating, the condo did not stay warm and we were cold a few times through our stay. Other suggestions would be to add new pillows and to clean the draws in the kitchen as there were crumbs and stuff from prior guests. Other than the above it was a nice stay.
