Affordable fully equipped lodging in quiet neighborhood at Base of Peak 9. Five minute walk to ski slopes and historic downtown Breckenridge. Large unit with full kitchen and gas fireplace. Ground floor end unit. Steps away from free shuttle bus stop. Heated outdoor pool and hot tubs just steps from the unit. Enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer, all year round. Everything was exactly as described. This condo was clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. We walked to Breck Main Street and the Peak 9 base area with ease, and also use the bus and nearby bus stop, when we did not feel like walking. The community hot tubs are a few steps away and always had room for us after a hard day on the slopes. Even though we did not have two vehicles this time, I appreciate (for future reference) that this unit comes with two parking passes. Finally, check-out procedures were especially "lite," which made our exit quick and easy.
