Spacious condo with easy walk both to base & town! Amenities great; pool & hot tub short distance from condo as well. Lots of room for guests. Pull out couch comfortable. Host incredibly responsive to questions during our stay. Would definitely stay here again & rebook in the future.

STEVE was a gracious and responsive host and it’s relatively easy to walk over to the quicksilver ski lift from this location and the outdoor pool and hot tubs are just a short walk away as well.

Everything was exactly as described. This condo was clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. We walked to Breck Main Street and the Peak 9 base area with ease, and also use the bus and nearby bus stop, when we did not feel like walking. The community hot tubs are a few steps away and always had room for us after a hard day on the slopes. Even though we did not have two vehicles this time, I appreciate (for future reference) that this unit comes with two parking passes. Finally, check-out procedures were especially "lite," which made our exit quick and easy.
