This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.
Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and an electric fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.
The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy the resort-style amenities that come with your stay, including multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The condo also offers free parking for 1 vehicle and nearby ski shuttle pick-up, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

Great location. The unit was not very clean. The shower curtain was moldy, the dishes were not clean, dirty socks in the master bathroom and sheets were not clean.

The visit started with excellent communication from the rental management company. I had read reviews that the unit was loud and you could hear your neighbors- this was definitely true. The unit was redone with nice touches and the kitchen and bathrooms were good. The problem started when the dryer NEVER worked properly. There was a sign taped to the front of the dryer on how to “fix it” but no matter how many times I followed directions it failed to work. The management company did not have a solution and just told me to let my wet clothes sit in the washer and maybe it would work again. This was a huge problem - I cannot imagine being here in the winter and needing clothes dried. Get a new dryer.
