Judería de Sevilla II - Luxury Apartments

The accommodation is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Bigger than I expected and stays cool. It's in an old area. . The location is perfect. Javier communicates regularly.

There was a machine but no coffee pods, the safe didn't work, the bathroom is teeny tiny. We had arranged an early check-in which was great and we were so appreciative of this. We were told that they would clean our room first to accommodate this. We arrived at the property. It was self check-in, no issues there. The accommodation hadn't been cleaned and it wasn't ready. The beds were unmade, dirty glasses in the sink, rubbish in the bin, towels all over the floor in the bathroom.. We tried to call both Marta and Javier per the instructions in the apartment. Neither spoke English and we spoke limited Spanish. I realised that Javier did have a WhatsApp account so I sent pictures. Then the cleaning lady arrived. We totally understand that sometimes things do go wrong and all that needed to happen was for Javier to apologise and say that they were behind with the cleaning schedule and that they were sorry that the apartment wasn't ready as agreed. What happened is that Javier sent us a message saying that they were doing us a favour by letting is check-in early. No apology.. After this, we kept contact to a minimum. Left the apartment clean and tidy. Up until this, communication was really good but there's a way to treat your guests. There needs to be respect with the hosts and the guests. I was upset with the tone of the message I received and disappointed.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, with a great shower and beds. The apartment was in a nice quiet area but close to shops and restaurants.

There was nothing we did not like

La location en plein centre. La décoration soignée, un bel immeuble rénové avec beaucoup de goût
