Alohamundi Judería II - Amazing house 3 terraces&views

What we liked most about the property was the amount of space and the excellent location. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family, with three terraces, three bedrooms, and two kitchen areas which made the stay very convenient. The property was also extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the nights were peaceful and quiet. Being located right in the heart of Seville made it easy to explore the city on foot. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the property management team was throughout our stay.

The property appears to be quite new on the market, so there are still a few things that need attention. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited, and some of the cooking pans were not suitable for the induction stove. A few maintenance issues were also noticeable, such as bedroom doors that did not close properly, visible ceiling leaks, and some floorboards that appeared swollen from previous water damage. There was also daytime noise due to construction work taking place next door.

Great location, lovely house and quirky design features made it quite unique. Excellent sized bedrooms. Two good bathrooms, excellent kitchen and extra kitchenette on upper floor. Three separate terraces meant you could catch sun throughout the day. Stunning view of city from the top roof terrace. Near a small carrefour express supermarket, fantastic patisserie and near some great restaurants and cafes: Moya and Jester.all within 3 minutes walk. And great location for reaching the cultural heart of Sevilla. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we revisit Sevilla. Great responsive and flexible host, responded almost immediately to every message we sent before and during visit, very flexible in relation to our late arrival couldn't have asked for more.

Nothong really. The kitchen was short of a few essential items, but host immediately resolved next day bringing brand new kettle, mugs, glasses and kitchen utensils. Couldn't have asked for a more respondent host.

Fantastisch huis. Ruimtelijk en licht. Met super fijne grote balkons/dakterras met prachtig uitzicht. 2 badkamers en zelfs 2 keukens.

Beetje weinig keuken gerei. Weinig pannen, weinig bestek en weinig kommetjes/bakjes voor een 6 pers. woning. Hierdoor vaatwasser onnodig vaak aan. Buurt bewoners parkeren de auto’s voor de woning waardoor we er met kinderwagen niet altijd langs konden.
