Nice place for two families

We had 2 families, 9 people together. There were actually 2 separate apartements, so it was nice that our teenagers got separate entrance. Pool was nice and 5 bathrooms. Villa is situated quite privately and you need to have a car.

Nie wieder dieses Haus und Nie wieder dieser Veranstalter

Wir haben das Haus über Booking gebucht und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Beschreibungen oder Bildern und war bei Ankunft in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. • Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrere Stunden selbst putzen. Die Toiletten waren verschmutzt, der Kühlschrank roch sauer, war verdreckt und teilweise verschimmelt. Auch Geschirr und Küchenutensilien waren ungewaschen, teilweise mit Essensresten und Schimmel befallen. Gebrauchte Handtücher vom Vorgänger lagen in der unteren Wohnung bereit, als wären es frische. • Küche/Ausstattung: Für ein Haus, das für 12 Personen ausgelegt ist, war die Ausstattung völlig unzureichend. Es gab zu wenig Besteck, Geschirr, Stühle und Liegen am Pool (nur 8 Stück). Küchenutensilien fehlten weitgehend, und von den vorhandenen Pfannen war nur eine kleine überhaupt nutzbar – der Rest war beschädigt oder unhygienisch. • Außenbereich: Der Grill war noch voller alter Kohle und eingebrannten Resten, die wir erst entfernen mussten. Der Pool war ebenfalls verschmutzt und musste von uns mit dem Kescher gereinigt werden. Außerdem waren statt der angekündigten 3 Sonnenschirme nur ein defekter vorhanden – erst nach 6 Tagen wurde ein einziger Schirm nachgeliefert, was insbesondere mit Kindern sehr problematisch war. • Zimmer/Bäder: In zwei Bädern im Obergeschoss war die Wassertemperatur nicht regulierbar – entweder eiskalt oder extrem heiß. In der unteren Wohnung herrschte durchgehend Fäkalgeruch. Eine Terrassentür im Obergeschoss war defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen. Der Hinweis des Vermieters, die Rollläden herunterzulassen, war keine Lösung – die Sicherheit war nicht gewährleistet. • Weitere Punkte: Der Fernseher war defekt, Müll der Nachbarschaft landete regelmäßig in unseren Tonnen, und es kam zu starker Rauchbelästigung durch Plastikverbrennung beim Nachbarn. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig unangemessen.
