The accommodation units are new and comfortable. The jacuzzi out of season was an affordable price, it made our holiday, my two young boys loved it!
The site itself is lovely but I guess some areas could do with a revamp. The beach is beautiful and only a few metres from any of the accommodation units. One way there is a running and cycling track, the other direction takes you into a quaint town, Omis, along the harbour path. An easy 20min walk, like 1.5km. The destination is simply stunning!
There is also a supermarket literally over the road and several more along the main road route into Omis (without a car this is also simple to walk) and a Sports Centre and football stadium, many play parks too. For a family with young children or even teenagers, I can imagine it caters for all.
Staff were friendly and supportive with any questions we asked. My little seven year old boy said the reception lady was, 'so nice and very pretty'!
This information should not put you off. The site is beautiful and definitely worth a visit, you will have a wonderful holiday. If I had to be picky though.........the site is a little run down, for example the astro on the football pitch is torn, however staff are aware of this and so loaned us a football for free during our entire stay.
I was unsure how to control the air con/heating unit and to heat the jacuzzi. I did ask the staff and I believe they must have sent someone to look, because the jacuzzi remained lovely and warm throughout our stay. I think what would be great is to simply leave an instruction guide for how to control these gadget appliances. For someone that is technical, however, this will not be an issue.
Lastly, there was no toaster or oven/grill- so you cannot grill anything or make toast.
Unheated outdoor pool. I swam in the sea which was a lot warmer that the pool. Both were too cold for my young boys sadly.

The location on the beach is absolutely wonderful. Close to walk to the city.
The check in was a problem for us. But The staff was friendly and did their best to help us. In the end we found an arrangement that was good enough for us.

Great location with a sandy beach. very close to the old town Omis - a true gem. Very laidback vibe at the camp.

beach was lovely, location was nice. really liked the laid back vibe.
Whole place was a bit run down. tennis courts tired and dirty. football pitches ripped and dangerous. pool was filthy round the waterline and floating scum. decking on cabins was crumbling and filthy snady build up around the hot tub. broken tarmac and walkways.
