The owners, Ana and Jolanda are great. Super nice persons who helped us with all the questions and requirements that we had. The house was ready when we arrived although we check in earlier. That was a big advantage for us. The house is great, big and much better and beautiful than in the pictures. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with a common bathroom and 3 bedrooms with private bathroom on the ground floor. Total 4 bathrooms. There is one room without an AC but in the rest of the room there is an AC. Also, you have a big living room with an open kitchen and a nice terrace with sea view on the ground floor and another terrace with amazing sea and city view and an open kitchen upstairs with a big fridge. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need. Big washing machine which was a plus if you want to home cook. Outside there is a small patio with a grill and a garden with natural condiments. 5 minutes away you can reach the beach (there is a road between the house which leads to the rocky beach) and the city center is 5 minutes away by car. Great restaurant Vala which we recommend because the food is great and the serving is impecable. Splitska is a small village but it's very coquette and quiet. We had an amazing stay at Villa Ujoli, we will definitely return here.
