Villa Delmati is settled at 4.000 sq meter plot and offers you an exclusive and huge 12 x 5-meter private swimming pool with not-heated whirlpool 2,5 x 2 meter attached to pool, all surrounded by a spacious and delightful sun terrace with a grassplot and playground, outdoor barbecue and summer kitchen with covered dining area with TV affording you space to relax both in and out of the water!

The villa is very nicely decorated, and comfortably large accommodating up to 12 people in five fully airconditioned bedrooms There are a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a total of four bathrooms with a shower. Completely covered with free Wifi, TV in the living room and in the summer kitchen, SAT, Play station.


Spacious outdoor offers a tennis court (artificial grass court), grassplot with a playground for children, fun for everyone.

The first floor offers Bedroom No3 with double bed 160x200cm with en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be connected as double)+ sofa bed for 1 person, Bedroom No5 with double bed 160x200cm. Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the pool area, toilet, living area with a spacious covered and furnished terrace with views on a tennis court.

There is a minimarket just across the street together with a local bar and fast food. The area of Omiš (8km) and Cetina river george offers many sports possibilities, where you can try zip-line above Cetina river canyon, white water rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling, and much more (7km from the villa).

The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) in Omiš is of cultural importance. The old part of Omiš offers cute, small streets to walk through and visit a Mirabela fortress with amazing views on Omiš and Cetina river. A lot of great restaurants, bars, open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, best sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea and all just 10 min drive from the property.

Famous town Split is 18 km or 25 min drive to the center and also is of cultural importance, with a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit, very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place!

Upon arrival, your hosts will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a boat, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to book a body massage in a villa.

The whole property is fully fenced, and there are 5 parking places on the private plot, fenced.

There are some local konoba Palacio (traditional restaurant) in 3km from the villa with a great chef, there a possibility to order some fast food dishes like pizza or similar (50 m far). There is also a possibility to order some traditional dishes where local catering service allows you to bring our traditional cuisine directly to the villa.

The Pool is open from April till November.
The villa has air conditioning in all 5 rooms and 2 in the living area. The blue toilet has electric heating and the 2 rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom have underfloor heating.
