Great property. Spacious. Modern. Loved the balcony. Excellent kitchen. It's a 20-minute walk into the centre of town, which was fine. We found a parking spot - tight, but perfectly fine! Excellent communication from the host. Trains run frequently which you can see from the balcony, but we didn't mind this. Overall, an excellent property, great host, and we will definitely come again.

La casa è molto ampia e dispone di tutto, raramente si trovano case così ben attrezzate. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente e anche se vicino alla ferrovia molto tranquillo. La posizione è comoda per i servizi e il mare è poco distante - ca. 15 min di camminata attraverso il parco Mandela. Ottima base di partenza per le escursioni sul Capo Manara e verso le 5 Terre. L'host è molto disponibile e ci ha fornito una lunga lista di consigli molto utili.

Nonostante fossimo solo in aprile ci sono già molte zanzare alla sera, consiglio di attrezzarsi con spray repellenti o altro.

Das Appartement ist wirklich geräumig und großzügig geschnitten, dabei ruhig und gut gelegen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Fabio ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar, er stellte uns viele Informationen zur Verfügung. Besonders erfreulich war die Küche. Neben einer hervorragenden Ausstattung (evtl. könnte man die Koch-und Schnippel-Messer austauschen) bietet sie sehr viel Platz zum Kochen und Frühstücken/Essen, hier sind wir alle gerne zusammengekommen.
