The property enjoys a stylish, open-plan living space that is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a smart flatscreen TV. This area opens out onto a small balcony and incorporates a modern kitchen which is equipped with; a gas cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee maker and a fridge freezer.
