Surprised at lack of ability to accept credit cards which added unnecessary complication to procedure. Entry info issued say before via email (when we were already on holiday and not guaranteed to be available on e-mail). Location nice. Apartment average. Most communication was about refuse collection and the kitchen housed 5 separate bins. Very surprised to find a broken wine opener and NO red wine glasses (in Italy?). Would find it hard to recommend this property to anyone I knew
