Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts

Rosa and Giovanni were the most wonderful hosts, they had thought of everything, and made sure that our holiday was a good one. There was plenty of information on the local area in the apartment, and the apartment was very well looked after. The provided bicycles (including children's seats and children's helmets) meant it was very easy to get around Sestri Levante without being reliant on the bus or a car.

Spacious and bright

The apartament was very spacious, clean, with everything needed inside, close to market and quite close to city centre and beach. All amenities. Rosa and her husband, two wonderful people.

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained (everything worked!). Rosa & Giovanni are a delightful couple and very helpful. There were bikes in the garage if we wanted to use them and they also supplied a beach umbrella. Highly recommended :)

I loved this town!!!

I loved this town!!! We were able to explore in the day and relax in the apartment in the evening. We loved the local community and enjoyed the balcony and the ability to cook and live among the locals. We enjoyed the area, the beaches, the restuarants, the cafes and all the the beautiful shopping of a local community. The host Rose was the kindest most beautiful lady with the best recommendations and even shared her family recipes with us.

Exceptional

Everything about this apartment is high standard: the rooms are airy and decluttered but have a warm style. Marble/stone floors and great aircondition make the temperature comfortable. Two balconies with mountain view and birds singing in the morning. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped -even an espresso machine! Very nice, helpful and welcoming hosts who gave us great tips on activities and walking trails in the area. Restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner.

For me and my kids the location was great, but if you have walking impairment you might consider the distance of 1 km to the beach.

Herzliche, grosszügige, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, von Wasser im Kühlschrank bis Body Lotion im Bad wird an alle Bedürfnisse der Gäste gedacht, sehr geräumig und ruhig.

Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön dafür, dass Sie uns alles so geduldig erklärt haben – was, wo und wie – und dafür, dass Sie so liebevoll mit unseren Kindern und auch mit uns umgegangen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir Sie bald wiedersehen!

Stor trevlig lägenhet med bra värdpar!

Lägenheten är stor och rymlig med två balkonger. Praktiskt med två badrum som båda innehåller toalett och dusch. Värdparet är jättegulliga, lätta att ha kontakt med och hjälpsamma. Man kan gå till båda stränderna, tar ca 20-30 minuter (när det är varmt). Tågstationen ligger drygt 10 minuter bort, smidigt om man vill åka till tex Cinque Terre.

Ottimo alloggio per famiglie

Ottimo appartamento, pulito, luminoso e spazioso, attrezzato anche per bimbi piccoli con culla e seggiolone, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, è vicino al parco Mandela, non vicinissimo al centro (circa 15 min. A piedi). Rosa Grazia, la proprietaria, si è presentata puntualissima al check in, è molto cordiale e disponibile, ma allo stesso tempo discreta. Non esiterei a tornare in futuro e lo consiglierei a tutti.

Une adresse bien agréable

L'accueil par la propriétaire est très chaleureux. L'appartement avec trois chambres est bien équipé et très propre. La situation géographique est excellente. Le centre est à quelques minutes à pied. Une excellente trattoria (La Piccola) proposant une cuisine authentiquement ligurienne est à quelques pas, appréciable après une journée de visites. Juste en face il y a un supermarché (Gulliver) bien achalandé.

Il y a deux grandes chambres très confortables. Par contre, la troisième chambre, équipée de lits gigognes, que nous avions prévue pour un de nos couples d'amis, est très petite et convient plus à des enfants. Une fois les lits en place, on ne peut ouvrir la porte et la fenêtre qu'en déplaçant les lits. De même, la salle d'eau juste à côté est très étroite en raison d'une machine à laver qui prend trop de place.
