appartamento bello, pulito, funzionale
Unica pecca non chiaro dove smaltire i rifiuti, ovvero nel lasciare l’appartamento i rifiuti debbono essere portati via, ma nel cortile del condomino non vi erano i bidoni appositi e quelli in zona erano chiusi essendo di altri condomini

Квартира очень хорошая. Просторная, есть вся бытовая техника - даже стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина.
2 балкона. В душе отличный напор воды. Находится на тихой улице. И до пляжа и до жд станции комфортно пешком добираться.
На третий день пребывания отключился интернет. Обещали настроить, но так ничего и не настроили до отъезда.
В день отъезда договорились выехать чуть позже. Но пришел уборщик и очень грубо выгнал.
Если бы не он, то впечатления были бы намного лучше.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier gelegen. Moderne Küche und Badezimmer. Die Betten waren ziemlich bequem.
Bei der Ankunft hatte ich noch einige Fragen bezüglich Parkplatz. Ausserdem funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht und der Gasschalter war im ersten Moment nicht auffindbar. Auf der Telefonnummer vom Vermieter die hinterlegt wurde war ständig niemand erreichbar! Mir blieb nichts anderes als diese Probleme selber zu lösen!
Die Klimaanlage hatte übrigens über die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert. Der Vermieter konnten ich ab dem 4 Tag endlich erreichen über WhatsApp. Er hatte aber von der Klimaanlage keine Ahnung!
