Just about 50 meters from the Alter Strom in Warnemünde and a few minutes from the beach, our "Blaue Tulpe" vacation apartment—with a stunning view from the balcony—awaits you in an idyllic courtyard. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Perfect for two! Dear guests, welcome!
We offer you a vacation rental with a stunning view in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Alter Strom and the Baltic Sea beach.
Blaue Tulpe: Located on the first floor (please note the relatively narrow staircase), approx. 40 square meters of living space, with a living room (sleep sofa, TV, free Wi-Fi, dining area), bedroom, kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer, plus a washing machine. This apartment is not suitable for tall people (over 1.80 m).
A stroller can be stored in the entryway if needed.
From the large balcony, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Kreuzliner boats at the pier.
You’ll feel right at home! This vacation rental is for non-smokers only.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Right next door, you can rent the "Deck 2" and "Deck 3" vacation apartments, each accommodating 2 people. Ideal for couples who are friends or families.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
A bakery, weekly market, boat rental, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, and more—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability has 100% disability and a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
