With a free parking space in the new parking garage at Molenfeuer. You’ll enjoy your vacation. Looking for something special?
Then spend your vacation in your very own captain’s house, just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the historic center of Warnemünde, in a very quiet courtyard and just 100 meters from the Alter Strom, you’ll find the “Baltische Rose” vacation apartment—completely renovated in January 2018 and newly furnished with high-quality furnishings and great attention to detail—spanning the first floor and first floor, with space for 3 people. Enjoy sunny days on the terrace or, on cooler days, the crackling fire in the fireplace (firewood is not provided).
A private parking space, No. 043, in the nearby parking garage at Molenfeuer is available to you free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen is located in the light-filled, open-concept living/dining area. Here you’ll find an induction stove and a dishwasher. When it comes to coffee, you can choose between filter coffee and coffee pods. From the cozy couch—which can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 1.90 m) in just a few simple steps—you’ll have a great view of the flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The bedroom on the upper floor, featuring hardwood floors, a box-spring bed, designer lighting, and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. With the window open, you can listen to the seagulls or the sounds of cruise ships coming and going. In the bathroom, you’ll find a modern shower, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rack. A controlled ventilation system ensures a constant supply of fresh air even when the windows are closed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
Everything is just a short walk away: 100 meters to the Alter Strom, 250 meters to the bakery and many other shopping options around Kirchenplatz, 300 meters to the bike rental, and 750 meters to the beach.
From the nearby train station (500 m), you can take the S-Bahn directly to Rostock.
