With wood cabinetry and solid granite tops, a large sink, modern appliances, and stainless steel appliances, this sleek space is sure to inspire you. Tucked away behind the kitchen is the convenient laundry room, perfect for keeping your wardrobe fresh during longer stays.
The spacious lounge is furnished with an upholstered couch and chairs. This comfortable area has a table and an HDTV, that includes Netflix, Disney+, and Roku. A perfect space to relax and read or enjoy your favorite shows after a day of exploring the city.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step out to a stunning backyard area and soak up some sun and breathe the fresh air as you relax and just sip a coffee in the morning and night.
You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities
Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.
Full access to the entire house. No garage access at this time.
Parking is in the driveway.
Trash comes every Monday.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
This home is part of a triplex and we have other guests in the A and C units.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.
We would be grateful if you are treating our home like yours! Here are our steps that we’d do for your home and if you think anything is unreasonable please let us know as we collect and review this feedback with intentional thought!
• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

Centrally located for Fresno A's/Grizzlies games, Fresno St Univ., and National Parks. Nice quiet property. Neighborhood was nice. Family and I felt safe walking around in early evening hours.

AMAZING highly recommend! Me and my family stayed for a few nights and was extremely comfortable and super clean inside! The host was very helpful! 10-10 will book again!

Arriving at the property using GPS was a little confusing but that was do to software. The carport area for parking in B unit was a bit small, if you have a larger vehicle, but not something that would deter me from staying here. The unit and grounds were clean. For my use as I stayed for my visit, it worked well as I did not need to stay in home. The only issue i saw, I dont think much of it was there were a lot of ants in kitchen. Even with good cleaning the ants still showed up. It didn't bother me much but to some it might. Otherwise for my use and location to where i needed to be it was a good location.

Air conditioning wasn't working well in115 degree heat 85 degrees inside. Host didn't respond to request for help. Not as clean as expected.
