This stunning modern home is the perfect venue, with three spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping areas to allow a few more guests. Each room has been elegantly decorated and furnished to ensure you and your family experience a calming and enjoyable stay.

All bedrooms have a queen-sized bed that features luxury linens, and stylish decorations.

Additional sleeping arrangements are catered for by the home's 2 sofa beds in the lounge and a queen-sized blow-up mattress that pairs with the luxurious linens and fluffy pillows provided.

BATHROOMS

Two well-designed full bathrooms cater well to our guests' needs with convenient layouts and modern fixtures. Complimentary soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as clean, soft towels.

KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING

This home is the ideal venue for a comfortable stay in Fresno, leaving you the option to stay in, cook, and entertain with the home's fantastic layout of the kitchen, dining, and living area.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly positioned a few steps away from the living and dining areas. It provides the perfect space to create your favorite home-cooked meals and entertain. With wood cabinetry and solid granite tops, a large sink, modern appliances, and stainless steel appliances, this sleek space is sure to inspire you. Tucked away behind the kitchen is the convenient laundry room, perfect for keeping your wardrobe fresh during longer stays.

The spacious lounge is furnished with an upholstered couch and chairs. This comfortable area has a table and an HDTV, that includes Netflix, Disney+, and Roku. A perfect space to relax and read or enjoy your favorite shows after a day of exploring the city.

Step out to a stunning backyard area and soak up some sun and breathe the fresh air as you relax and just sip a coffee in the morning and night.

You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities

This home is part of a triplex and we have other guests in the B and C units. Although the pictures do show a fireplace, use of the fireplace is not permitted.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.

By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.

• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.
