House was clean, nice TV for the humans and nice backyard for the dogs. Neighborhood is a little run down, homeless on the corner. But its close to old town Clovis which was great. Overall a good deal, we'd stay there again.

Even though this is located in the city and close to places for food and groceries, it was on a quiet street.

We visited Clovis for a wedding and this was a great place to stay for the weekend. We were a group of 5 adults and a small dog, so the smaller bed in the bunk room was a minor drawback, but manageable. The house was clean and as advertised. Good communication from the host. Walking distance to Costco if you need to pick up a few things!

Place was good enough. Kitchen was missing utensils. Thermostats were locked and there's an upcharge to have the unit at a comfortable temperature. Weird rules like no talking in the backyard
