Upgraded 3 bed 1 bath, all new appliances and furniture, 10 min to airport, great access (70 min) to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), close to stores and restaurants, fenced front and back yards, 300 MB high speed wifi, hardwood flooring, 65" TV w. Xfinity cable + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2 cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock
