About this house rental

Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath, all new appliances and furniture, 5 min off R99, 15 min to airport, great access (70 min) to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), close to stores and restaurants, 300 MB high speed wifi, 1,500 sf hardwood flooring, separate dining room, 65" TV w. Xfinity cable + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 3 cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock
