Upgraded 4 bed 2 bath, all new appliances and furniture, 5 min off R99, 15 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), close to stores and restaurants, high speed wifi, 1,600 sq. ft hardwood flooring, dining table, 65" TV with Xfinity cable, roofed patio with patio table + propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2-cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock
