The Granary is a beautiful barn conversion near the town of Marazion in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas with solid fuel stove and a games room with children's pool table and table tennis. To the outside is off road parking for 1 car. Shared garden. Heated swimming pool available weekdays at certain times of the year. Set in a stunning location, The Granary is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Central heating Electric oven and hob, Rayburn, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, HiFi ,WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned area adjoining swimming pool. Shared use of Pool House with refreshments with honesty policy and heated outdoor swimming pool with furniture which is open weekdays between June and September. Shared use of games room with children's pool table and table tennis. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Property is 3.5 miles outside of St Ives, frequent trains from St Erth (local village). Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Please note: The property only accepts checks in on a Friday.
