The property offers a large patio area ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing after a day exploring, and there are two steps down to a large lawned garden. There is ample parking with ease of access to all village amenities, including two pubs, post office and a local shop and picturesque Perranuthnoe beach is a short walk away.
