Parkplatz auf dem Areal, der große Balkon, das Appartement ist geräumig und hell. Zudem hat es einen Aufzug. Für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine stehen Mittel zur Verfügung.
Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen
Einige Lampen mehr wäre schön, es ist aber absolut ok. Eher ringhörig, was uns
nicht gestört hat (im Haus wird gelebt, was wir sehr schön finden)

The place is big, very clean, spacious.
very large quiet terrasse along with a nice walked in closet.
Kitchen had all the basic amenities and devices needed for cooking home ( dish washer included )
Nothing that could have been better, you just need to keep in mind the location is a good 15 min walk from the train station and center of Civitavecchia but the walks are nice and quiet and bus/trains takes you everywhere from there.

Die Unterkunft entspricht Beschreibungen und unserer Erwartung: Ein herzlicher und informativer Empfang, eine ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm. Wir fühlten uns wohl und konnten die Zeit genießen.
Es war nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Das Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken musste von uns neu gespült werden.
