Clean and comfortable, amenities excellent.

A lovely, traditional building that's well furnished and equipped that stays cool on hot days even without using the air conditioning. Nice touches included supplies of toiletries and coffee pods, as well as oils and dressings for salad. Location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the sea front and the water fountain with free still and sparkling drinking water. Food range of shops close by, including an excellent little supermarket, mini-markets, and hardware stores, all working few minutes walk. Street parking close by was always available. Great check in experience with a helpful host.

Hot water boiler wasn't working when I arrived but was easily fixed without needing to call for assistance.

Superschöne, ruhige Unterkunft unweit des Bahnhofs und Strand. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, alles um die Ecke, Gelateria, Pasticcheria, Supermarkt. Civitavecchia ist eine sehr interessante Stadt, wo es viel zu entdecken gibt. Oft waren wir auch an der Strandpromenade, wo es abends bestes Essen gibt-frischgefangener Fisch. Für das Umland ist die Bahn oder auch die Autovermietung vor Ort bestens geeignet. (Tarquinua, Santa Marinella, Pitigliano und natürlich Saturnia mit den Heilquellen) Diese Zeit hat uns das Eintauchen in die italienische Welt ermöglicht, wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

The apartment is very comfortable and is in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. It has everything that you would need for a great stay.
