Terrible management
The location and the shower
The apartment was dirty, the password to enter the building was incomplete, the wifi password was wrong, the kitchen fan was malfunctioning, and the pillows stunk, and the apartment key was to be picked up and put back in another street 100's of meters away, hidden behind a bench outside.

The apartment itself was great and easily accesible from the Belval station.
I noticed someone entered my room and opened cabinets, dishwasher (while it was running). This could have been just to check that things were taken care of during my stay but it would have been great to have a notice. As a single woman traveling, it made me very uncomfortable to know that someone entered without letting me know, especially with 2 days left in my stay.

Our visit to luxumbourg to go and see a concert at Rockhal, this accomodation made it perfect!

Estancia excelente.
Ubicación ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes, a menos de 5 minutos andando del campus. Está al lado del Belval Plaza, un gran centro comercial donde se puede encontrar casi de todo. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron pendientes a todo. El estudio es muy acogedor y cómodo.
A veces el ruido de la calle es un poco molesto, ya que la ventana da a una zona exterior donde se suele juntar la gente a hablar, y también se oye el paso de los trenes debido a la cercanía a la estación.

L'appart hotel m'a bien fait **** !
Avoir une personne pour donner les explications
Pour trouver la clé, il faut regarder une vidéo qui explique ou se trouve la box sécurisé, mais sur place 1) il n'y a pas 1 mais 4 box. 2) elle se trouve dans un lieu sombre donc de nuit pour faire le code avec la lampe du smartphone... Ensuite, il n'y a pas le numéro de chambe dans l'application, mais à la fin de la vidéo. Mais le code de l'entrée est sur une autre page... Une fois dans la chambre, c'est un vrai frigo... 12 heures pour qu'il fasse un peu moins froid
