Conveniently located near to where our grandchildren were staying in Dawlish with very good facilities for a pleasant stay

Lovely self-contained studio. Beautifully decorated, clean and a wonderful cream tea for my arrival.
There wasn’t anywhere to cook, but the kettle, roaster and microwave were useful.

Breakfast not included. The location of the property is excellent. Bus stop just outside to get into town. Beach close by and a lovely walk along the seafront to Teignmouth.
There was nothing not to like. Much thought has been put into making your stay comfortable. Even a cream tea in the fridge on arrival which we thought was a lovely thing to do by the owners. It was most enjoyable.
