Just as described, nice compact cozy space. Short walk to the beach which is dog friendly. The cream tea was a lovely welcome after a long journey. Cute little courtyard space. Donna was great with communication, always replied to any questions I had very quickly. It made a great base while I attended a local event with my dog. Parking was really easy and nice that it's a private road. Great location to explore the area.
Literally the only thing was how light the place was , the skylight has no blind on it and the blinds on the windows don't keep much light out. This is just my personal preference due to being a light sleeper and having blackout blinds at home. So to a lot of people it would be fine.

I loved staying here with my large breed pup! The landlady was so kind and helpful, even offering cream tea on arrival. Only a short 5 minute walk down to the beach, and good location for exploring Devon. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. It was great that it was self contained with privacy from the main house. I slept brilliantly, and found it the perfect spot to unwind.
