Florita - Dawlish

Breakfast wasn’t included, but a short walking distance was a cafe whose cooked breakfast was lovely.

I don’t really think they could improve on what they already do!

Louise was an amazing host. She was so kind and welcoming, and when we had some unexpected car trouble and had to change our plans at the last minute and travel by train instead, she kindly picked us up from the train station as we arrived late. She also very kindly offered to take us back to the station when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house really felt like a home from home. It was cute, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We also loved being able to use the trains to explore lots of different areas without having to worry about driving. Red Rock was one of my favourite places to visit, and Exmouth was beautiful too. Getting the ferry across and exploring the lovely beaches made the trip even more special. Also seeing my first ever black swan was a treat! We had such a wonderful time and I will definitely return again. Devon has my heart! ❤️

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable and welcome. The only thing I wish was that we could have stayed longer!

Perfect size for the two of us and our toddler. Amazing location in Dawlish Warren, great walking distance to the beach and train to get about. Car didn’t move until we left! Really friendly owners and everything we needed for a lovely weekend

Nothing to fault, perfect for what we needed.

Good location with easy access to buses and trains. Clean, lovely quirky decor. Table and chairs outside.
