Charming apartment - 1BR-4P - Montparnasse

All needed is there - peaceful part of town, fully equipped, close to public transport

We went to Paris in a heat wave - the apartment has no air conditioning so that’s a minus

Difficulté pour ouvrir la boite à clé et aucun contact disponible pour m'aider. Le contact téléphonique donné dans le mail est un contact générique et je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir une personne au téléphone pour m'aider. J'ai finalement réussi à ouvrir la boite à clé au bout d'un long moment.

Tout était impeccable. Beaucoup d'explications fournies pour l'accès, très bonne communication. Loueur très prévenant. Grand appartement, très bien équipé, au calme dans un immeuble résidentiel.

Revoir l'écoulement du lavabo de la salle de bains.

Good location, in a pleasant and safe neighborhood. Easy access to a number of sites and attractions. Neighborhood market around the corner and many nice restaurants close by, subway station very close. Apartment is secure and safe. Price was fair for what you get.

My biggest gripe is that the apartment does not have a door handle. The only way to close and lock the door is to use the key, given there is only one key it can present a problem if someone wants to head out and others want to stay behind. Place also needs a fair amount of minor maintenance, there's a lot of patchwork that has not been completed. There were also some mold spots in the shower. That said, if these repairs were addressed, a door handle installed, and mold in shower addressed this place would easily be an 8 to 8.5. In its present condition it's about a 6.
