The whole area is outstandingly beautiful, every direction you look there are mountain views, sea scapes, and to top it off sheep, lambs and a horse all popped by for a visit!
The hut is perfectly functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, there is no hot water in the taps only cold, icy cold in the morning! But the shower is very hot! One ceramic hob (on top of the fridge), microwave, toaster and kettle was more than sufficient to cook breakfast and make tea. There is a fridge, but be aware it is so cold it will actually freeze some foods!
There is good phone signal on EE and we were able to use our mobile data in all areas.
The t.v was not working during our stay but we weren't bothered, we never wanted to watch t.v with the stunning views outside.
I noted the hot tub has been replaced looking at the listing pictures, the new one is sparking clean and in the perfect private spot with views to die for.
You can park really close to the hut, just a very short walk up a slight slope.
There is no soft lighting inside the hut, but we brought our own rechargeable lamp which was perfect in the evening.
There are other cabins nearby and you can sometimes hear others talking/laughing etc but still feels very private, with access to our own little private beach.
The towels provided is a nice touch but just so you're aware they are quite small think bath towel not bath sheet, so I would advise you to bring your own too!
Midges are out in force at dusk so bring your bug spray!

I had the most wonderful peaceful night away with my dogs here. My dogs were in their element running around in the area outside of the hut so much so I have a photograph of my dog literally airbound he was jumping around so happy and the view was beautiful. The sun set over the hills and a cloud formed a heart ❤️ and The hot tub with different coloured lights in was lovely too, bed was comfy and everything you could need in the hut. Just don't forget your lighter like I did. If you do it is just a 10 minute drive into Barmouth to the nearest shop or the owners will hire you out a fire candle with matches.
Also if you are like me and easily irritated by midges then don't forget your bug spray.

The location is amazing, the views are stunning, private and secluded, couldn't wish for a better spot.
