Erw Fair

The whole setup was excellent. just be aware though, it a remote location, the nearest supermarket is a 20 mile round trip. The roads round there are interesting with lots of very narrow spots and always a camper van coming the other way.... But once you are there the house and views are amazing. Chilling in the hot tub at night watching the stars due to dark skies was a highlight.

Everything was perfect. Lovely house and garden. Lovely views. Facilities were great. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely welcome basket. Very clean.

We loved our stay, the location and views were perfect, loved having a hot tub with gorgeous view, garden beautifully planted and maintained, and warm cosy decor in a functional and comfortable house. Genius bathroom space planning. Easy self checkin/out. The welcome basket and cake was a nice touch, too. We wish we had booked longer and will be back as we fell in love with the house and the area. Thank you so much David and John, we would have signed the guest book but couldn’t find a pen.

nothing although it would be nice if there were a rule against letting dogs on the furniture

The property is stunning the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from all sides of the property are gorgeous. Very local to Fairbourne where there is two shops and a cafe aswell as a pizza shop just a short walk down is the most beautiful beach soo stunning. The property is equipped with everything you need from kitchen equipment to games you really do not need to bring much. Lovely welcome baskets and the cake was unbelievable. Beds wear comfortable and the whole house is very clean. Shower was amazing too
