Lovely staff. Good breakfast, comfortable room & bed. Fantastic views from the window over looking the harbour. I was in room 5 top of the house so could see a lot. Stunning sunsets on the beach which is a few minutes walk from the property.
Close to everything.
Would definately recommend & I will be back in the future.
I would have given a higher score but I felt that a bit of tlc is needed plus the carpets could do with a clean in certain parts of the house.

Very good mattress and pillows.
In need of a full update . En-suite is dated and tired, as are the general decorations throughout. Main kitchen needs renewing . Front lounge / dining area need tidying and made to feel more homely . Empty boxes left around - looks uncared for. Cheap and cheerful expression springs to mind . But to compete with nearby properties it needs a refurb .
