Easy to book last minute. Staff were very accomodating and welcoming, lady who serves breakfast was exceptionally lovely!

great location overlooking Brixham Harbour
lovely walks in the area, fabulous coastline
nice breakfast but not hot, just lukewarm

very small room & en-suite, could do with having seating area somewhere else to compensate
en-suite door impeded toilet when in use, flooring needs replacing, shower grouting mould marks
need double glazing, windows were draughty, could hear & feel wind blowing though gaps, particularly on a freezing November day
fire doors very difficult to negotiate, especially when carrying luggage
would be nice to have something in the room for dogs to justify the £12 charge, e.g. water bowl
