Location was great, parking is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and Pip was very helpful throughout.

Attractive building in great location. Host was friendly. Room was clean.
Cooked breakfast was poor. Tasted and looked as if it was yesterday’s reheated. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Shower had poor pressure
