I liked the location of the hotel, it was at the Spanish Steps close to the metro and main attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.
However, the internet connection was very slow, and reliable Wi-Fi is essential nowadays. Additionally, I left the room around 2:00 p.m., but it was not cleaned. The staff explained that they had other properties to attend to. I was not informed that housekeeping services were only available in the morning. Another issue was the lack of a bedside lamp. The room only had the main ceiling light, which was inconvenient, especially in the evening. This is a minor issue that could be easily addressed.
