The hotel is a "sister" hotel of the famous Hassler, and conveys that hotel's glamour and grace in every detail. The hotel facilities are impeccable, and the hotel staff - especially Daniela - are warm, accommodating and gracious. The beds are large and comfortable, the linens are sublime, and the bathrooms and tubs are large and relaxing. It was an amazing stay. The breakfast offering is at the Hassler, and you will want for nothing.

The facilities were at the Hassler- they treated me as if I were staying at the Hassler and not the less expensive version. The Hassler gives 5-star-plus service, and it was the same for the sister hotel.
Room 4 was the noisiest. It was next to the wine bar and the restrooms. There were swinging doors into the restrooms, and all you heard all day was the noise of the doors. I would suggest alternative doors. Also, it sounded like furniture constantly being moved on top of the room- I would just remove any of the furniture above the room- it was very loud and annoying.

The lobby was beautiful! We enjoyed the wine bar over the Spanish steps! The staff was incredible and the hospitality over the top!
