Great location and parking. It had a great space for us to hang downstairs. Everything we needed for cooking our own food. Great powerful shower too.
Needed fans for the bedrooms as it was super hot weather. Would have been great to have outside table and chairs too so we could hang outside in the lovely weather.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy 20 minute walk to city centre. Easy to get to by car. Would happily stay again on my next visit.
Nothing to not like. Basic facilities, but well kept, clean and comfy.

Only 1/2 an hour walk from the middle of York, with a parking space, and in a quiet area, the house was exceptionally clean, well furnished, with everything you’d need for a short stay provided. The host was fantastic and answered questions quickly. Our stay was faultless

House was extremely clean, bedrooms were beautifully decorated , the owner was easy to get hold of
Unfortunately for the 2 nights I was there we had music very loud in the area all evening until about 10.30, this ruined my evenings as I like to get in bed and relax and it was frustrating, I read the previous reviews before booking and most said quiet location so was a little disappointed I didn't get that experience, the city is a walk but to get into the centre of all the shops it's definitely longer then 10 minutes.
The house was beautiful just wish the bedrooms had a tv so you could relax better in the evenings.
