Location was quiet and walking distance to York, the river Ouse, Rowntree Park, The Barbican. Lovely big bath towels. Well equipped Kitchen. Many Christmas goodies were left for us, including seasonal napkins and hand pump soap. Small tree with lights. Easy access as we were in a ground floor apartment. No 2
Sofa was uncomfortable. This apartment is for four people and it is supposed to be used as a bed!! We did find this funny but there were only four teaspoons (that we could find). Parking was free but you get a permit to put in your windscreen and have to park on the road outside. We stayed almost a week, but smelt what smelt like cannabis on a regular basis walking into the main door.

It was walking distance from town, clean and secure.

Great location for visiting York & very clean. Although it is situated on a busy road the bedroom was at the back so very quiet during the night. Comfortable bed & nice & warm throughout. Good security at the property.
Nice christmas tree but did have to buy some batteries so it lit up!
The oven didn't seem to regulate properly so food was cooked/incinerated in no time including the ready meal oven proof dish!. This was one appliance with no instructions, ended up using the microwave.
Not quite the same niceties as the previous apartment I stayed in here (upstairs apartment ), no complimentary milk sachets, biscuits/snacks or toiletries.
I think one of the smoke alarms in the main entrance needed the batteries replaced as it was constantly bleeping.
