The room was spacious with a view to the woods. Comfortable beds and everyday cleaning services were provided. The atmosphere at the restaurant was very nice. The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and delicious. The outdoor swimming pool was small but clean and surrounded by umbrellas and sun lounges. The pool bar offered a variety of drinks and treats.
We booked a 4-stars hotel for our trip to Kyustendil. In fact we were not offered some services- no minibar- just an empty fridge, no tee or coffee maker. The room floor had clean but shabby carpet; the mosquito net at the balcony door was damaged and the curtains sagging. The bathroom shower faucet was difficult to switch.

Местоположението е уникално-на лека височина с прекрасна гледка,до борова гора с чист въздух и прохлада.Водата в басейна е минерална и топла.
Басейнът е малко малък ,храната не е като за четири звезди.

Great location, forest and hot pool.
The SPA is not working - we were informed AFTER arrival. The food is ok, but far away from good. We had breakfast and dinner included, no drinking water at dinner?! The personal was not polite, at all.
