The hotel went extra miles for me to receive the delivery before my arrival. Since the festival the hotel was chaotic but they tried the best to manage the crowd.
Room is not the latest but given proximity to the festival area and traveling with a child it was nice choice. Also you can shop foods and cloths from the shopping complex next to the hotel.

The only bigger hotel in Pernik.it has 24h reception. Big room.
Old, needs renovation,the price is high for the standard, the wi-fi is very bad at the 5th floor, noisy AC, very few power sockets. It wasnt clean
