芦原橋駅や今宮駅から徒歩10分程度の立地でした。芦原橋駅利用の方が、道や景観が良さそうで、道すがらコンビニにも寄れました。洗濯機はフロア共有で洗剤はついていました。万博旅のため連泊したので、コストを抑えられて良かったです。

上の階やフロアの他宿泊客の足音、ドライヤー音、話し声は通るので、深夜1時くらいまでは騒がしいです。チェックイン後、記入用紙に要記載の案内が届きましたが、用紙が見当たらず、メールで問い合わせましたが返信なしでした。20へーべーに3人は狭かったので、よく見てリビング浴槽付きの部屋を予約すれば良かったと後悔しました。

清掃代を考えると連泊するほとお得 広い、綺麗、駅から近い 掃除道具がある

シャワーの圧、温度が低くなり変わる 上の階の音、洋服のアイロンが借りれない カギの暗証番号がチェックイン前におくられず現地で連絡して入室した

The shower is big which is nice, and it has a small terrace in front of a park. It was quite affordable price.

The bunk beds are really not confortable. There's no door between the "bathroom area" and the room so we had to open the door of the toilet to get privacy before getting inside of the shower. The shower's temperature kept getting hot/cold several time during the shower, wifi was not really working despite the effort of our host to reset it, and the towels were microfibers which is not very pleasant to dry yourself with. There's not much to do in the neighborhood, if you want to eat, you'll have to take transports or walk 20min. There's no real proper storage for clothes except 7 hangers and one high shelf, really not enough for more than 1 person.
