1.離南海電鐵/JR新今宮站步行約5分鐘，地鐵/御堂筋線/堺筋線動物園前站步行約十分鐘。去難波、梅田、京都、和歌山、關西機場都很方便。 2.附近有24小時的玉出超市和全家，走15分鐘有唐吉訶德mega店。機能真的超棒！ 3.房間有IH爐，微波爐，烹具和抽油煙機，可以買生食回來自己簡單烹飪。 4.房間很大，睡4個人應該都沒問題。要是一般飯店，這個價格真的只能住15平方米左右的房間。
沒有什麼不滿意的，唯一大概就是毛巾浴巾不能每天更新。另外因為是民宿的關係，所以如果是晚一點的班機，退房後就要去附近找地方付費寄放行李才能去到處逛。

広くて綺麗、ベッドふかふか、テーブル広い、明るさ調節ができる、クローゼット大きい、大変良かった。
テレビのつけ方がわからなかった、鍵の返却がわからなかった。
