The rooms were good, there was room service everyday. However when seeing the shower head in the bathroom there was hard water residue that couldn’t even come off even with scrubbing. I feel that it wasn’t cleaned properly routinely. The customer service and interactions with staff was top tier. Whenever we needed help we always got it and they always pushed us in the right direction when we asked about excursions and things to do. 10/10 would stay there again!

Nice hotel, centrally located in downtown, easy rideshare drop off & pick up location, well kept and clean. Friendly staff!
